What counts as a "firm"?

One firm is one tenant — one organization. Each firm gets its own isolated workspace and a branded client portal. If you run multiple entities or practice groups that need separate client-facing portals, each would be its own firm with its own subscription.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never affected by a plan change.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan includes a free pilot period. No credit card required to get started. We'll set up a personalized demo for your industry first, then give you hands-on time with the platform.

Where is my data stored?

All data — documents, messages, audit logs, and client information — is stored in Canada (Toronto region). We do not transfer data across borders. This is a hard architectural guarantee, not a policy that can be changed at runtime. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications are on our compliance roadmap.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer flexible billing options including credit card, wire transfer, and invoiced billing. Your account manager will walk you through the details during onboarding.
